An unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund.
If you would like to exchange your purchase (e.g. for a different item size), you may do so within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return for refund or exchange, your item(s) must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received them
- in their original packaging
In the unfortunate and unlikely case where item(s) in your order are faulty, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) to us for a full refund.
To be able to process your return, we require a receipt, your order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:
Any item returned not in its original condition, not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
How to arrange a return
To return your product you must first email email@example.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our Returns department will write back to you within two (2) working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to. We receive several parcels back each week and if you don’t clearly identify your return then we won’t know who sent it and we won’t be able to process it for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are in the hands of your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can't arrange an exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again, then contact your bank or PayPal if needed. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted and you see it against your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll investigate for you.
